Question about the possiblty of getting banned on main

I have my main account and I don't wont to get banned on it.
So I have used my laptop to avoid any chances but it is pretty crappy quality of gaming. So
I have created a partition and installed windows 10 on it specific for that matter. But I'm afraid my main will get ban.
Because after all it is the same computer. Not the same game files or even steam but still same computer (Same MAC Address).
Do you believe I still have a chance of my other account getting banned if I will cheat on that partition?

Valve doesnt ban your IP / HWID. I recommend to restart your computer when you switch to your main account. Also use a USB drive to inject the cheat.
