Stopping from hacking?

Is there a chance that i still get VAC'ed even if im not hacking anymore in the future, but i did hack

like i was using project infinity and ***********, (still PI got the best experience) but now i wanna stop hacking, because i finally ranked up from a derank (because of stupid teams i guess) and i bought some nice skins.

And i did go a little bit blatant at times, but no one kinda knew that i hack, im just pretty scared thar overwatch uses my old clips

Depends on if you were going obvious and if you got enough reports to go through Overwatch. If you have been experienced when you hacked that many typed "You're hacking" "Obvious" "Aimbot" etc. then Overwatch have watched you probably if many reported you and then you would have been banned when you hacked. So if that didn't happen then you're probably clear and shouldn't be afraid to get banned.

Yes it's still possible to get a VAC even after you stop cheating. VAC bans can be delayed by a few weeks. However this only happens if the cheat gets detected but fear not we prioritize staying undetected as our number 1 goal.
