As @itznebula202 said, the staff members are the first ones to receive early access to V2 and test it.

And then all the lifetime users will be able to try it.

You don't get early access, only staff members do. After staff try it and test it out for any bugs, you'll be able to use it (lifetime users).

That bump on a early 2020 thread when it's almost 2021.

I don't know what happened to v2 and when it will be released. I'm not even sure if the staff members have access to it.
