What is my anti-virus picking up

I am new to cheats so idk if these are safe and why my anti-virus is picking stuff up

yes its safe to inject.. i have been using this cheat for a long time.... Just turnoff the antivirus before downloading. Its just a fake notification that pops out, the loader doesn't contain a virus that might affect your pc.
